EN 10216-1 Non-alloy tubes with specified room temperature properties
Seamless steel tubes for pressure vessels used at ambient temperature can be applied in the construction of almost any pipeline for the building, chemical, food and mining industry. This material can be either produced as hot rolled or cold drawn. It is required for every tube to undergo the tightness test.
Commonly used grades: P235TR1, P235TR2, P265TR1 and other (see table below).
Range of the produced diameters: from 17,1mm up to 762mm

EN 10216-2 Alloy and non-alloy tubes with specified room temperature properties
Seamless steel boiler tubes are often used in environments with long-term high temperature and pressure. The pressure combined with high temperature causes slow, but constant microstructural changes in the steel which leads to the decrease of the material properties. This phenomenon is called creep of steel.
Boiler tubes are used in steam pipelines, boilers, steam heaters etc. This material is very resistant.
