Precision hollow sections

Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlhandel Sp. z o.o. offers precision square and rectangular, sized hollow sections acc. to EN 10305-5 designed for the production of furniture, door carpentry, household appliances, heaters, car parts and, thus, in all of the fields where the following are required: precision of dimensions, resistance, coating possibilities and surface quality. Precision hollow sections are suitable for further processing, such as cutting, bending, drawing, expanding, flattening, welding, chrome plating, painting.

Steel grades: Our offer includes precision hollow sections in the basic grades, such as E155, E235, E355, E370,E420 up to E700.

Dimension range: We offer the following welded and sized hollow sections:

  • Square from 10x10mm up to 100x100mm (other dimensions to be confirmed),
  • Rectangular from 15x10mm up to 120x80mm (other dimensions to be confirmed),
  • Wall thickness (depending on the external dimensions) from 0,5mm up to 4,0mm,
  • Lengths: from 3000 – 14 000m, commercial lengths L=6m

Delivery variant: CR1 or CR2

Surface condition: S2, S3, S4

Additional treatment: there is a possibility of internal burr removal (from diameter 14mm)

Quality certificates: Welded and sized precision hollow sections are delivered with test certificate 2.2 or 3.1 (3.2 test certificate to be confirmed).
